If a teacher who teaches a student on our platform pays an amount or scans a code sent by a student or parent, the company will not be responsible for such fraud.
The company never asks the teacher to scan the scan code. After the presentation, the teacher has to take proof of address from the student, and for additional lessons, the student has to pay the fee. And only share your UPI and bank details for payment. Beware of scammers.
If the student is unable to pay, each instructor may only teach a maximum of 2 hours after the demo class. If teachers have questions about fees, they must contact the service department. Or send an email to info@excellenttutions.com, and the teacher will get a reply within 12 working hours.
If a teacher doesn’t show up after charging students, the company could take legal action against the teacher. If a student misbehaves with a teacher, the teacher can drop the rest of the lesson.
You should clarify your doubts before making a payment. It can’t be refunds once a payment is made. Please understand the benefits of the advertising packages. The payment is non-refundable. The company provides genuine services according to your subscription.
Documents required to register as a tutor: 1 copy of address proof, passport photo and education certificate.
